Registrations, Fees & more

Registration Instructions:

For the smoothest registration process, first, create a conference account, or log into your existing account.
Next to the required ticket, first, select the number of attendees you are registering. Choose "1" if you are registering only yourself.
For each individual you are registering, fill in the required information and choose the ticket options from the list that appears on the right.
Do you present 2 papers as 1st author, an extra fee of €80 needs to be paid.

All fees are excl 21% VAT

Confirmation of your Registration:

When accessing the online registration system, you will be asked to provide your personal details and then proceed to the registration page.
You will receive one email confirming your username and password for the online registration system, and another one once you complete your registration with a recap of the requested services.

Please note that this is NOT a confirmation of your registration.

Please keep your username and password as it will allow you to return to the online registration system to check your registration and retrieve your confirmation letter.

Once payment is confirmed and registration is processed your confirmation letter will be available in your personal area in the online registration system. You can access the system using your username and password.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat: EURODYN2023@tudelft.nl

Cancellation refunds are as follows:

– Cancellations until 30 April 2023: Full refund, minus €50,00 handling fee

– Cancellations from 1 June 2023: no refund

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1^st June.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after EURODYN2023.

Help to re-green and re-cool the planet - JUSTDIGGIT

The organisation of EURODYN23 has decided to support this initiative to re-green the earth and will contribute €8,50 per participant to JUST DIggit. One bunt can re-green 124m2 of dry land and retain 2,100 litres of water each time it rains.

It's easier to believe in regreening when you can see with your own eyes that it works.
