Participants' information EURODYN 2023 conference

  • 2 July from 17:00 – 19:00 hours Ice breaker at the Botanical Gardens, Poortlandplein 6, 2628 BM Delft

  • 3 July registration 08:00 – 08:45 hours at Old Church*, HH Geestkerkhof 25, 2611 HP Delft
    Lunch at TU Delft at 13:00 hours and afternoon programme at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences, Stevinweg 1, 2628 CN Delft 
  • 4  July start the programme at 09:00 hours at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences, Stevinweg 1, 2628 CN Delft
    Conference dinner at 19:00 hours at the New Church*, Markt 80, 2611 GW Delft
  • 5 July start the programme at 09:00 hours at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences, Stevinweg 1, 2628 CN  Delft 

*Old and the New Church are Old buildings. The floors are uneven, so If you have a disability and need assistance, please let us know in advance.


During lunch and the afternoon breaks you can join the Lab tour. You can sign up at the registration desk.

  • There will be 2 groups of 15 people every lunch break (at 13:05h and at 13:35h) and one group (at 15:05h) every afternoon break (the groups will leave from the 1st floor, at the registration desk)
  • The first come - first served principle applies

Dress code for the conference: City casual

Wi-Fi guest account for eurodyn2023


SMS with your mobile phone keyword eurodyn2023  to phone number 7873 or +316 3525 0006. 

  1. You will immediately receive an SMS with your personal Wi-Fi username and password.
  2. Click on the eduroam wifi network on your device and fill in the username and password. 
  3. For Android phones, make sure the following settings are correct :

: PEAP

: xxx@edu.nl (xxx = username received via SMS)

: xxx (xxx = password received via SMS)

: Don't validate

Click on: Connect

For Apple devices choose 'Trust' upon the question of a certificate.

From now on you are online!
