Exhibition dates and hours

Build up time

Monday 03 July 2023; between 08:00 and 12:00 hrs at the Delft University of Technology, Civil Engineering and Geosciences on the 1st Floor. 

Exhibition time slots

• Monday 03 July 2023: 12:30 – 14:00; 15:00 – 15:30   
• Tuesday 04 July 2023: 09:45 – 10:30; 12:30 – 14:00; 
• Wednesday 05 July 2023: 09:45 – 10:30; 12:30  – 14:00; 15:00 – 15:30

Meet & Greet
Between 12:30 and 14:00 hrs on 4 and 5 July we invited students who attend the conference and may want to talk to you about their future, this may give you an opportunity to meet your future employers. Make sure there will always be at least one person from your company in the booth available during this time.

Dismantling time

Wednesday 05 July 2023 – after 15:30 hrs.

Exhibition booth

The booth includes 1 table (high or low), 2 chairs, a Back panel, and Multiplug sockets.
